State Farm Agents are invited to NASFA's Annual Conference May 12-13, 2022. Please join us and our exciting speakers we have lined up:
Every agent owes his or her success to their ability to influence other... Sadly, most people rely on ineffective methods of persuasion, statistics and information, authority, or pressure. These methods may work in the short-term, but ultimately damage relationships. Stevie Ray’s interactive, hands-on session teaches the process of influencing others to accept your message and act on it. You will also learn the neuroscience of decision-making, giving you a better understanding of why some approaches to influence work, while others cause even more resistance.
There is no other word to describe the journey of this Knoxville Tennessee agent as anything but amazing. Born into a State Farm family, mother of five, State Farm agent and creator of the social media site Wife.Mom.Boss. Created three years ago on Facebook, Sunny set out to create a community of female State Farm agents where honesty and support are expected. The point of Wife.Mom.Boss is showing up and helping out day in and day out 365 days a year and most of the company has no idea they exist. It is a platform for female agents to applaud each other’s successes. In Sunny’s own words “We represent the very best of State Farm”. It is the culture she grew up in and loved. Come hear this amazing story and meet Sunny Hall Snoeyenbos in person. I promise you will see and feel the positive vibes that radiate from this amazing person.
Jon Whited had spent 31 years with State Farm, the majority of which on the agency side of the company. He was also one of the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Agents in the former Personal Financial Planning (PFP) program. When the company left the financial planning arena, Jon saw a void for supporting agents with their personal needs which became the spark to change in his own career path down the road. He moved to Edward Jones to be an advisor focusing on investing and retirement planning. Jon quickly discovered that many of the agents he had worked with still needed help in figuring out a path for financial security. Jon used to teach contracts and compensation to agency field leadership and understands how agents are paid, whether you are an AA3/4, AA97 or AA05, Jon can tailor solutions based on the opportunities inherent in your particular contract.
We know you have questions and concerns and we want to hear them. Our board members have an abundant amount of knowledge on State Farm issues but so do our other attendees. Get the answers to your concerns and have access to Robert O'Connor, NASFA's Legal Counsel.
